We 'translate' between different constructions of thought and build bridges of understanding. We lead the discussion to 'blind spots' which haven't yet been noticed. Step by step, participants become willing to consider new insights.

We inquire as a means of stimulating participants to find their own solutions
We become involved through the inquiring process without offering solutions ourselves. In this way, we suggest to the parties concerned that they find their own solutions, which makes us moderators and consultants in one.

We demonstrate opportunties and risks in order to enable the success of new concepts
New concepts must offer participants either opportunities or the possibilities to avert potential dangers. Only then can they succeed against solid positions, entrenched routines and deeply rooted modes of thought and of action.

Our processes run efficiently and effectively
Our discourses reach their goals in the allotted time. Everyone has the opportunity to speak, but there are no long speeches. We make argumentation chains and relations visible as the discussion proceeds. Doubts and contradictions are brought forward and discussed to encourage the acceptance of new ideas.

1. Contract elaboration
   
   Together with you, we discuss what the process should be about and in which directions it should advance. Those who should become included are defined and the timeframe and budgetary concerns are agreed upon.
   
   
2. Exploratory discussions
   
   We moderate small group discussions in order to identify perspectives and interests as well as to encourage reflection about how these can be integrated with other points of view.
   
   
3. Workshops
   
   During workshops, we bring participants and relevant units together in order to develop possibilities for action and venture into new territory.
